Maybe you didn't put on the muscle you thought you would, maybe you weren't able to achieve your strength or skill goal or maybe working out has always left you feeling tight, sore & gassed (that "allergic to exercise" feeling resonate with you?)

Your body isn't "broken", we just need a different approach for our bendy bodies. This is why I created the Hypermobile Lifting Club, specifically for hypermobile humans to learn how to get stable, strong & able in their bodies again, whilst connecting with other people going through the same thing as them, for an affordable price.

Who The HLC is for:

People who identify as hypermobile (no, you don’t need a diagnosis)

People who want workout programs designed specifically for hypermobile bodies

People who want to feel more stable, strong & functional in their bodies

People who have at least a basic level of gym/workout experience

People who want to a low cost option to work with me

People who don’t need a lot of support/motivation, just a program to follow

People who don’t have any current injuries or serious pain (minor aches etc are okay)

People who want to be part of a community that just gets the hypermobile experience

Who The HLC isn't for:

People with serious injuries, aches, pains & mobility limitations (can’t get up & down off the floor etc)

People with unmanaged POTS, MCAS or any other conditions

People who have never exercised before & have 0 knowledge about basic exercises eg. a glute bridge

People who need closer, additional support, not just programs
-
People who want/need customised programming
